貫邦寵物用品有限公司愷邦塑膠廠，是港商於一九九零年在國內投資的來料加工企業，擁有四幢各三層高的樓房，合計佔地一萬平方米的廠房，另有兩幢四層及六層高近三千平方米的職工宿舍。公司僱用四十多名管理人員。公司董事長任命總經理全權負責日常事務，下轄行政人事部、業務部、生產部、工程部、工模部、品管部、貨倉部、財務部及總務部九個管理部門，其中生產部再下轄有注塑、搪膠、噴油、工模、裝配五大生產車間。
